Strain-Sentry

• The links are fixed to the metal structure undergone the strains to be tested: flexion; tension and compression; torsion.


• These strains, usually too low to be tested, are mechanically amplified by the link and measured.


• The links Series 900 allow a good repeatability, an easy installation, an high sturdiness and a low cost.


Measuring range: ±1000 µ_, typical.
Overload: 5 times FS ( FS = full scale ).
Sensitivity: 1 mV/V , typical.
Amplification factor: about 10 times, compared to a single gauge bonded on the specimen under test.

Rope Lift-Sentry
Rope Liftsentry allows to measure and control load on traction lifts (elevators-hoists-cranes-vehicles-industrial machines), in a cost effective way, by measuring the tension on each single wire.

Multi-Rope Lift-Sentry
Multirope measures and controls the load on elevators and hoist systems with ropes. Multirope is easy to install and with its good price is fit for installation on new and modernized elevators. Multirope system includes a mod. MR transducer fixed on the ropes that is connected to a mod. 699 electronics with alarm levels and relays for load control. Mod. MR transducer is fixed on all the ropes at the same time, close to their fixing point on the cabin roof.
